I just wanted to take a moment and let you know how things are going. We have just finished our second unit and we are looking forward to building many more. As you may remember we started building our products without your help. As we continued to try different motors, literally from around the world, we noted that we were just not getting the performance we wanted. Not to mention the complete lack of customer support. After spending thousands on 3 different types of motors and spending countless late night hours speaking with people overseas, that promised the moon; only to deliver lunar dust, I came across your website. After our first conversation, I knew I had been led to your company. The fact that you took the time to listen to what we were trying to do, and instead of saying change your plans to fit our motor; Your response was: "Let's build you a motor that will do what YOU want." I must say, that the cost was a big factor, however, as a start-up company we understand that our word is everything. If we offer a product that is cheap and easy to afford now we may be dealing with a costly recall down the road. That would ruin a small company. So, in light of the desire. To never see a recall, the only thing that made sense was to buy the right motor the first-time. We've learned, Pay now or PAY LATER. We now know that we made the-right decision to grow with your company.
