Previously, Randy has held executive positions with other companies that include International Sales Director, Marketing Product Manager, and Director of Operations. He is also a published author in several nationally recognized Marketing and Technical Publications.

Dale Johnson, Design Engineering Manager:
Dale has 34 years of experience with the Engineering, design and manufacturing of DC Motors, Gearmotors, Speed Controls, Amplifiers, Servo Systems and ancillary equipment.

Susan McDonough, Comptroller:
Masters Degree in Management and Administration, BA Business Accounting. Total of 34 years experience in the accounting field.

Patti Cordes, Customer Service Manager:
17 years experience in Customer Service for Manufacturing and Service organizations. 5 Years as Customer Service Manager.
