Midwest Motion Products is pleased to announce the release of the new "MMP-MGM" Series of DC Micro Motors and Gear motors. Ranging in size from just 12 mm in diameter, up to 42 mm, this quality yet very cost effective line of both iron core and coreless motors are designed with the "Volume OEM" in mind. Suitable for Office Automation, Vending, Medical, Printers, Labelers, Camera pan & tilt adjustments, Actuators, Robotics & Automation, and many other applications that require compact size and high output torque. Motor speeds range to 16,500 RPM, with windings for 1.5 Volt, 3, 6, 12 and 24 Volt DC inputs. Gear head ratios range from 4:1 Ratio up to 6000:1, with output torques reaching 4 Nm Peak.
MMP-MGM-12: Size--12 mm diameter
Windings available: 1.5 VDC, 3.0 V, 4.5 V, 6.0 V, 12 V, and 24 Volts DC, choice of 3 stack lengths. Output speed up to 16,500 RPM - Motor torque from 0.50 gCm to 2.5 gCm. Gearheads available: Planetary or Spur, ratios from 7:1 to 208:1, with output torque up to 25 mNm.
MMP-MGM- 16: Size-- 16 millimeters diameter
Windings available: 6.0 VDC, 12 VDC, and 24 Volt DC, choice of three stack lengths. Output speed up to 14,000 RPM - Motor torque from 0.50 gCm to 2.5 gCm. Gearheads available: Planetary or Spur, ratios from 7:1 to 6000:1, with output torque up to 196 mNm.
MMP-MGM- 22: Size-- 22 mm Diameter
Windings available: 6.0 VDC, 12 VDC, and 24 Volt DC, choice of three stack lengths. Output speed up to 13,000 RPM - Motor torque from 0.50 gCm to 2.5 gCm. Gearheads available: Planetary or Spur, ratios from 7:1 to 6000:1; output torque up to 196 mNm.
MMP-MGM- 35: Size-- 35 mm Diameter
Windings available: 6.0 VDC, 12 VDC, and 24 Volt DC, choice of three stack lengths. Output speed up to 14,000 RPM - Motor torque from 0.40 gCm to 4.0 gCm. Gearheads available: Planetary or Spur, ratios from 7:1 to 3000:1, with output torque up to 588 mNm.
MMP-MGM-42: Size-- 42 mm Diameter
Windings available: 6.0 VDC, 12 VDC, and 24 Volt DC, choice of three stack lengths. Output speed up to 4000 RPM - Motor torque from 0.50 gCm to 2.5 gCm. Gearheads available: Planetary or Spur, ratios from 7:1 to 3000:1, with output torque up to 1961 mNm.
